All medications have side effects. How are patients and providers balancing the impact of side effects with the goal of slowing MS? For example, anti-CD20, despite currently being the best high-efficacy DMT, comes with significant side-effect risks (e.g serious infections, colitis, reduced immunoglobulins, etc). When patients have serious side effects, are MS providers balancing the need for long-term MS management with the need for patient safety today?
